MARANATHA BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING (BIM) APLICATION EXHIBITION 1.0 is an exhibition of the final project work of students of the Civil Engineering Study Program of Universitas Kristen Maranatha in the CE704-Project Planning and Control course. The Final Project is an explanation of project planning and control within the scope of time management (project schedule), cost management (Budget Plan) in a given case study. In this plan, the BIM (Building Information Modeling) concept is applied. BIM planning is carried out using the Autodesk Revit software application as a 3D BIM simulation (3D model of a building, work volume, etc.), as well as the Autodesk Naviswork software application as a 4D BIM simulation (construction scheduling simulation), and BIM 5D (project financing simulation).
